Finding Purpose and Overcoming Catastrophic Injury

What happens when a young, successful doctor is searching for greater purpose and overcomes a near-career ending injury? Listen to find out!

I am honored to have Dr Matthew Lytle of Precision Health Group in STL as my first guest. Dr. Lytle graduated Magna Cum Laude from Creighton University in 2001 with a BS in exercise science, then went on to graduate 2nd in his class from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2004. He has saved the professional careers of many athletes that weren’t getting the results they needed to be healthy and perform. More rewarding for Dr. Lytle now is providing solutions to patients that have had pain for longer than 6 months and haven’t found relief from many different providers. He is Dr. William Brady’s first hand-selected instructor for training other men and women in these revolutionary methods through Integrative Diagnosis. When I first started my Integrative Diagnosis training at the end of 2011 I could clearly see that Dr. Lytle was someone worth emulating and learning from. I could go on for much longer, but suffice it to say Dr. Lytle is one the best musculoskeletal providers in the world, in my opinion. I hope you enjoy this 2 part conversation where we touch on many topics which include the importance of finding your purpose, aligning with other like-minded professionals, the trap of being “good enough,” his journey through his own physical suffering and healing, and how he views the proper way to continue through life.
